Ettean started his journey at the University of Pretoria where he obtained a BCom in Accounting in 2006 after which he chose the road less travelled and moved to the Garden Route. After gaining valuable Audit experience and completing his articles at Ernst & Young he founded Finovo in 2010 Ettean is often the first person prospective clients meet when they are interested in hearing how the wide range of services available from Finovo can assist them with their needs. He has a passion for business development and encourages dialogue with his clients in order to identify frailties and opportunities for growth.

He has the time and expertise to help put together bespoke solutions to then be delivered by colleagues from within the Finovo Group and has helped over 750 business owners and individuals become clients. He has expert knowledge of business enhancement tools and cloud accounting as well as the applicable accounting frameworks.

Casper has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Financial Accounting obtained from the University of the Free State in 2000.

He has subsequently obtained extensive accounting experience through articles and then his own practice started in 2007.

Late 2019 an opportunity arose to amalgamate Casper's established firm called PDW George, with Finovo. This brought yet another experienced skillset within the small to medium size sector to the Finovo family. Casper's client portfolio consists of small unincorporated businesses through to large companies and groups. He focuses on financial reporting and tax compliance and brings an important dimension to the Finovo team with his calm and systematic approach. He contributes to the objectives of the company by rendering expert support through knowledge and experience of the highest professional level in all facets of accounting, taxation and management services.

Carisca joined Finovo in November 2016 during her second year of articles. In December 2017 she completed her articles and successfully became a member of saipa. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Financial Accounting, as well as a Certificate in Deceased Estates Practice. Carisca has a vast amount of experience with owner-managed businesses of all sizes and the challenges such organisations often face. She has experience in management of client data processing, advice on reports and efficient account layouts. She gets satisfaction helping clients to grow their businesses and saving on taxation through tax planning and structure. She has experience in drafting and amending last will and testaments for clients. She is a member in good standing of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants.

In 2024 she amalgamated her practice into Finovo and now leads the office in Centurion, where she continues to uphold her reputation for excellence. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds fulfillment in her roles as a wife and mother to two children, along with her furry companions.

During her leisure time, Leryke indulges in hobbies such as coloring, baking, exploring new destinations, and cherishing moments with loved ones. With a penchant for life's simple pleasures, she confesses her undying affection for chocolates and cappuccinos, which she considers indispensable delights.

Tilana joined Finovo in early 2015 after completing her articles at Grant Thornton Inc in 2014. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Financial Accounting.

Since 2017, Tilana has taken over the operational and strategic elements within our practice. Included in this is all efficiency, technical and policy related matters.

Tilana has a vast amount of experience with owner managed businesses of all sizes and the challenges such organisations often face. She enjoys the variety of work this brings her and gets satisfaction helping clients grow their businesses, plan through budgeting and saving on taxation through tax planning and structuring.

Tilana enjoys working closely with her clients to gain a full understanding of their business and the key issues they face. This enables her to give objective and decisive advice.

She has acted for many of her clients for a number of years which has enabled her to become a part of their business decision making process.

Having a warm personality, Tilana finds it easy to talk to her clients and prospects in order to fully understand both their needs and desires.

She is a member in good standing as well as a district committee member of the South African Institute of Professional accountants.
